Herbal Therapy for Depression

Interest has been steadily growing in the use of herbal supplements for the treatment of mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders.

St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), is just one of several herbs used to treat depression. In Germany, Hypericum is used in the treatment of depression more than any other antidepressant.
